I have often thought to myself that Bali brings out either, the optimist or the pessimist in a person. Yes in Bali you will come across litter, slow traffic, construction, travellers diarrhea, scams and corruption. Even possibly bag snatchers, thieves, poverty and beggars. There is poor sewage, unreliable electricity, and Australians behaving badly and it can be really really humid and rainy for days.
However, for me, this all pales in comparison to the warmth, beauty, the sunsets, the culture, the people, the surf, the scenery, the food, the restaurants, the shopping and the experiences available. If you get a few tips before you go, you too should enjoy all of this Xxx
